Solution Categories

01

Roadworthiness Inspection Lines

For regulated safety and emissions inspection bodies. Planning starts with inspection scope, vehicle range, daily throughput and local reporting interfaces rather than an isolated device list.

  • Brake, sideslip, headlamp and axle-load bays
  • Gasoline gas and diesel opacity chains
  • Lane software, raw data, video and result management

Project details: Local rules, intended accreditation scope, vehicle classes, methods and interface specifications.

02

Workshop & After-sales Quality Testing

For pre-repair diagnosis, repair decisions, final verification and customer reporting. Modules are selected by actual workload and service scope.

  • OBD diagnosis and vehicle status
  • Emissions, opacity, lighting and brake verification
  • Chassis performance and before/after comparison

Project details: Vehicle mix, service operations, bay count, daily duty cycle and reporting needs.

03

Emissions Monitoring & Mobile Testing

For gasoline and diesel screening, repair verification and project monitoring. Fuel type and test requirements determine analysis, sampling, load, calibration checks and data records.

  • Gas analysis, opacity and sample conditioning
  • RPM, oil temperature, environment and calibration
  • Fixed-bay, mobile or project data records

Project details: Fuel, method, limit basis, environment, power and exhaust conditions.

04

Research, Motorsport & Performance Testing

For academic research, technical training, race vehicles and tuning. Beyond power and torque, the setup must address restraint, cooling, extraction, environmental records and operator safety.

  • Chassis dynamometer, wheel output and condition control
  • Vehicle signals, environment and research data
  • Cooling, restraint, interlocks and extraction

Project details: Power and drivetrain, maximum speed, test cycle, continuous runtime and site safety conditions.

05

NEV Safety & Diagnostics

NEV is a cross-application vehicle technology track for station upgrades, workshop diagnostics, research, education and fleet support, not a standalone station category.

  • High-voltage safety and insulation checks
  • Battery, vehicle and diagnostic information
  • Bay protection, operating procedure and data interfaces

Project details: Vehicle platform, accessible data, work type, staff competence and safety procedure.

06

Station Build, Expansion & Retrofit

For new lines, station retrofits and additional bays, bringing vehicle flow, foundations, software data, video, metrology evidence and handover into one project scope.

  • Vehicle flow, bay layout, foundations and utilities
  • Equipment list, data interfaces, network and video
  • Commissioning, training, acceptance and support

Project details: Site dimensions, existing equipment, target operations, milestones, construction coordination and acceptance responsibility.
