Authorization required
Contact Xingbaowei within 14 calendar days of delivery to request return review. Equipment must receive a written return material authorization before shipment. Unauthorized freight may be refused.
Return eligibility
- Standard, unused equipment in original packaging may be considered for return.
- Custom-built, configured, engraved, commissioned or software-licensed items are generally final sale.
- Opened consumables, calibration materials and hygiene-sensitive sampling items cannot be returned.
- Approved non-defect returns may incur inspection, recalibration and restocking charges stated in the authorization.
Faulty or incorrect items
Report equipment that arrives incorrect, incomplete or apparently defective with the model, serial number, packing list and supporting photographs. We will determine whether replacement, repair, parts dispatch or return is the most appropriate remedy.
Return transport
Use the approved packaging method, remove hazardous or customer-supplied materials and include the authorization reference. Responsibility for freight and risk follows the reason for return and the agreed sales terms.
