Order preparation
Lead time begins after order confirmation, receipt of the agreed deposit, technical configuration approval and any required export information. Custom systems may require a pre-shipment acceptance review.
Packaging
Equipment is packed for the agreed transport method using protective foam, cartons or export-grade cases as appropriate. Calibration gases, batteries and other controlled items may ship separately or be sourced locally.
Incoterms and freight
The quotation identifies the applicable Incoterm, named place, freight responsibility, insurance arrangement and estimated schedule. Customs duties, taxes, inspection fees and destination handling are assigned under that term.
Delivery inspection
- Inspect the exterior packaging before signing the carrier receipt.
- Record visible damage with photographs and note it on the delivery document.
- Count packages against the packing list.
- Report shortage or damage within 5 business days, or sooner when the carrier requires.
Shipping dates are estimates until the equipment is released and the carrier confirms space. Customs review, dangerous-goods controls and local holidays can affect arrival.
